Gateway Client Portal
Every location. Every provider. One login.
Account numbers, circuit IDs, contract dates, support lines and signed agreements — organized by site instead of scattered across inboxes, filing cabinets and the memory of whoever set it up.
When a circuit goes down at one of your locations, the question is simple: who is the provider there, what is the account number, and what number do I call? For most multi-site companies that answer takes a scramble. For Gateway clients it takes one login. The portal is included with our service at no additional cost.
Telecom information does not live in one place. A single company with a dozen locations can hold accounts with four or five different providers, each with its own billing account number, its own support line, its own online login and its own phone passcode. A large carrier alone can issue dozens of separate billing accounts to the same customer.
That information gets captured once, at install, and then it scatters. It sits in an email thread from three years ago, in a folder on someone's desktop, on a sticky note, or in the head of an employee who has since left. When something breaks, or a contract quietly auto-renews, the cost of not having it is real.
The portal is our answer. As your broker we are already assembling this information to do our job — sourcing, negotiating and managing your providers. Rather than keep it on our side of the table, we give you a permanent, organized view of it.
Access
Included at no additional cost for Gateway clients
Organized By
Company → location → provider → service → line item
Covers
Every provider at every site, not just what we sourced
Contract Dates
Term end and notice windows flagged before they pass
Documents
Signed agreements and invoices stored with the service
The portal is built around how problems actually arrive — usually as a location with something broken, or a renewal date coming up faster than expected.
Start with the site, because that is how the problem shows up. Open a location and see every provider serving it and what each one delivers there.
At each location
The information you need in the first sixty seconds of an outage, without hunting for it.
Held per account
Credentials sit behind their own protection, separate from general account information.
Auto-renewal is the most expensive thing in telecom that nobody schedules. Every service carries its dates in plain view.
Tracked per service
Your copy of your own paperwork, stored with the service it belongs to rather than buried in an email thread.
Stored and retrievable
Portal accounts are issued by us rather than self-registered, because the records inside belong to your business and we verify who should see them. If you are already a Gateway client, ask us and we will set up your login and populate your locations.
If you are not a client yet, this is part of what working with us looks like. We source and negotiate across 200+ providers at no cost to you, and the portal is how the resulting information stays yours — organized, current and available without going through us to get it.
Bring a recent bill or a renewal date to a 30-minute call and we will tell you quickly whether we can improve on what you have.
